And it's free

Mythic Entertainment revealed yesterday that their MMORPG, Warhammer Online, will be receiving its first live expansion pack – "Call to Arms".

Call to Arms is set to introduce new content, including two new careers – "the head bashin" Orc Choppa and the "oath-sworn" Slayer. A new dungeon called "The Land of the Dead" is also scheduled to make an entrance, and will be set in the desert realm of the Tomb Kings.

The expansion will role out over the next few months in free incremental download packages. It will also include three in-game live events, a new RvR Scenario, added functionality to the Real Wars section of the WAR website, the opening of the official WAR Forums, and a new free trial version of the game.

Check out the official site for the Call to Arms Expansion Schedule.

Good grief.. whoever wrote this (tiny) article obviously needs, but doesn't know how to access a spelling & grammar checker.

Spellchecker guy (or girl), as weird as it is that you decided to comment about poor spelling and grammar, I find it incredibly amusing that your own comment has it's own errors. An ellipsis has three periods and it should be followed by a capital letter with the next sentence.

Spellchecker is right, this article was riddled with glaring spelling and grammatical errors. Thanks for pointing them out so that they could be corrected.

Unfortunately, writing all the content as well as editing and running the site can be quite overwhelming for one person. Things will slip through the cracks, but efforts are being made to ensure that the content is of a decent quality.
